Selection/Preparation

a. Appearing for first Selection Process:  

As per the notification from KKS/KKID, we presented our nomination in the “First Selection Process” from 15th to 16th November 2015 at Karl Kubel Institute for Development Education (KKID), Coimbatore, Tamil nadu. Here we had to face orientation about this volunteership at Germany, personality assessment, group discussion, Role plays (individual role play, group role play) and Personal interview with presentation.

b. Appearing for Second Selection Process:

Our participation in the first selection process was considered and recommended for the next level. We back again in KKID from 22nd to 23rd November 2015 to appearing for the “Second Selection Process”. Yet again we were appraised about our leadership quality, motivation level, written test, created the silent place to understand or think about the program, level communication, team coordination and personal interview.    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

C. Appearing for Orientation Seminar at KKID:        

We are earnestly grateful to KKS/KKID for selected us for this Internship at Germany (Global Volunteer Programme- India to Germany under the theme “Strengthening the Cultural Exchange”). We were participated in this seminar at KKID from 22nd to 24th January 2016. Here we got clear picture about our volunteership at Germany including aims and objectives, basic activities plan for six months, staying arrangements, coordination with host family systems, holidays, cultural preparation and contract signature finally. We also had taken guidance for preparation to VISA application.
